Grandorf Fresh Turkey combines hypoallergenic fresh turkey meat with sweet potato, in a formula based on turkey as the primary animal protein source. The grain and gluten-free composition, along with live probiotics, prebiotics, and dietary fibers, is designed to support healthy digestion and a balanced diet for neutered, spayed, and senior cats.

The recipe contains 36% protein and 10% fat, and combines salmon oil, flaxseed, fruits, vegetables, and berries. It also contains glucosamine and chondroitin, taurine, and L-Carnitine.

Fresh deboned turkey meat (26%), dried turkey meat (24%), sweet potato, peas, potato, turkey fat (2%), chicory root powder (natural source of prebiotics: FOS and inulin), flaxseed, minerals, brewer's yeast (natural source of MOS and beta-glucans), salmon oil (0.5%), apples, carrots, cranberries, blueberries, broccoli, spinach, tomatoes, glucosamine hydrochloride (100 mg/kg), chondroitin sulfate (100 mg/kg), Yucca schidigera, grapefruit, rosemary, and turmeric.
