GRANDORF VET Gastrointestinal Moderate Calorie is a complete veterinary medical food for cats, developed to reduce intestinal malabsorption disorders and to support lipid metabolism in cases of hyperlipidemia.

The formula is based on 37% boneless turkey meat and contains highly digestible ingredients, alongside increased levels of sodium and potassium. The reduced fat content and moderate energy level help tailor the nutrition for neutered or spayed cats, overweight cats, or those prone to weight gain.

The food combines prebiotics, probiotics, and postbiotics, psyllium, salmon oil, and algae oil as sources of EPA and DHA omega-3 fatty acids. The formula is grain-free and gluten-free and is designed for targeted support of the digestive system.

Designed for nutritional support in cases of: acute or chronic diarrhea, acute or chronic pancreatitis, triaditis syndrome, hyperlipidemia, lymphangiectasia and protein-losing enteropathy, small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), and exocrine pancreatic insufficiency (EPI).

Not recommended for: pregnant or nursing cats, cats during the growth phase, or in cases of individual hypersensitivity to food ingredients.

This food should be used only under veterinary recommendation. It is recommended to consult a veterinarian before starting use and before extending the feeding period. According to the manufacturer's recommendation, the food can be used for up to 12 weeks to reduce intestinal malabsorption, and for up to two months when first starting use to support lipid metabolism in cases of hyperlipidemia.
